How do I use my Chute Trainer?
It couldn’t be easier – no tools, no extra equipment. Depending on your product, simply clip, velcro or slip on the glove and take 5-10 practice swings prior to play. Then take off your Chute Trainer and swing as you would normally. The results are immediate and lasting. There are several other ways to train and warm up with your Chute products and we suggest you experiment. Each product comes with instructions and suggested use.
It is good practice to use your Chute Trainer product daily 5-10 minutes a day to train your fast twitch muscle fibers for proper speed and sequencing. Perfect to incorporate into training drills.
When will I see results?
